  • It is inconceivable to me that a this huge passenger ship can hit a reef in this day and age. Today's liners all have the latest in GPS navigation, electronic charts, radar etc., and should be manned by experienced officers and bridge crew as required by marine regulations.

  • Actually, this was a quote about swearing in the Governor of State of Illinois, as we have incarcerated 4 of them in the last 40 years. And not a real quote, but a joke making the rounds in our state since the sentencing of ex-Gov Blagojevich to 14 years.
